One-Man (1M) Mainlog Computer Mud Logging Service

  1. Continuous total gas monitor (Bloodhound).
  2. Continuous automatic gas chromatograph analysis (Bloodhound)..
  3. Full show report form on each occurrence.
  4. Logging engineer will log complete description of roughneck samples.
  5. Complete ultraviolet analysis.
  6. Continuous drill time plots for correlation.
  7. Logger will stay on Location in logging unit.
  8. Logger will supervise & monitor sample collection. 
    He will also be available to assist in picking core points, DSTs & observe logging runs.

Two-Man (2M) Mainlog Computer Mud Logging Service

  1. Continuous total gas monitor (Bloodhound).
  2. Continuous automatic gas chromatograph analysis (Bloodhound)..
  3. Full show report form on each occurrence.
  4. Logging engineer will log complete description of samples.
  5. Complete ultraviolet analysis.
  6. Continuous drill time plots for correlation.
  7. Loggers will catch samples and be available to assist in picking core points, DSTs, & observe logging runs.

* All services invoiced at Seven-day (7) minimum charge.
* Stand-by charges are 80% of day rates.
* Final color mud logs printed and distributed at Cost plus postage.


LOGGING DAY: STAND-BY

A logging day is defined as the 24-hour period between midnight and midnight or any portion of that 24-hour period. Stand-by will commence on the day the customer requests our engineer to arrive on location and will continue until logging services commence.

A customer requesting our services be placed on "Stand-by" should provide TDS with a 12-hour notice of intent, and notify our main office at least 12 hours prior to the expected resumption of those services.

POWER

It is customary for the customer to furnish the necessary electrical and water needs for the equipment. If the electrical needs are not available, generator costs will be billed to the customer at our cost.

ACCESS TO LOCATION

It is the customer's responsibility to maintain conditions to gain access to and from location. If it is necessary to acquire special transportation, the arrangement of such and all expenses entailed will be the customer's obligation.

INSURANCE

TDS personnel are covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance. All vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive liability insurance to the customary limit. A Certificate of Insurance will be furnished upon request.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

TDS will direct its best efforts toward providing the customer with accurate information and accurate log interpretation, but cannot gurantee the accuracy of such information and shall not be liable or responsible for loss, costs, damages, or expenses incurred or sustained by our customer. All results are held in strictest confidentiality.

NET CASH PAYABLE to TDS INC., 205 NW 132nd Street, Oklahoma City, OK , USA 73114-2305 upon receipt of invoice. A 1-1/2 % interest fee will be charged per month after 30 days.
